Sygan is a boutique engineering studio in Singapore. We build production-grade agentic AI and data systems — and we help Singapore companies fund up to 50% of those builds through EDG and PSG grants.

We started Sygan because we kept seeing the same problem: smart teams with real problems, buying demos from vendors who had never shipped anything to production. The pilots looked good. The production systems didn't exist.

Our answer was to build for ourselves first. We run our own agentic systems in production — the proof of concept for every client engagement. We build with the same stack, the same standards, and the same constraints we apply to client work. If we wouldn't run it in production, we don't sell it.

The grant angle isn't a marketing tactic. Singapore's EDG and PSG schemes genuinely cover up to 50% of eligible custom builds. Most companies don't know they qualify, or don't know how to scope a project so it qualifies. We've done that work. The scoping call is free.
